Ms. Black held leadership roles in IT and Product Development at Fannie Mae, AOL, NeuStar, MCI, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). She most recently served as Vice President in Operations and Technology at Fannie Mae where she led an IT Transformation effort and IT Governance. At AOL, Ms. Black served as VP of Affinity Products and Global Product Operations. She also served as VP of VoIP Product and Operations where she led the implementation of the VoIP business at AOL, and also led the “re-launch of the mobile internet” for AOL as VP of Mobile Product and Program Management. Ms. Black also served in leadership roles at NeuStar, Inc. and MCI Worldcom in IT, Video, Mobile, and Product Marketing. Ms. Black began her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a Management Consultant in Washington, DC.
Ms. Black serves on the board of Our Daily Bread, a non-profit organization addressing the unmet needs of low-income families in Fairfax County. Ms. Black holds a Masters degree in Telecommunications and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech. Dianne, her husband David, and three children live in Northern VA.
