Raj heads the India centre for ThreePillarGlobal and is responsible for managing India delivery center from operations as well as from engineering side. He is currently managing a team of 300+ people and is responsible for driving synergy and efficiencies across various functions, and is also keenly involved in some of the key account management. Prior to ThreePillarGlobal, Raj was a founding member and Chief Operating Officer at BrickRed Technologies which was merged with ThreePillarGlobal in August, 2011. At BrickRed, he was lead the organization in various roles including HR, Engineering, Finance and Operations. Raj started is career as a developer Tata Consultancy Services and later on worked with EBProvider before founding BrickRed along with 3 more of his college mates. Raj holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
