Vishal is responsible for Three Pillar Global's strategy in the UK and Western European market, a key growth geography for the company. His responsibility areas include positioning Three Pillar Global in these markets and fine-tuning the service delivery to suit the local requirements. He operates out of London, England and also directly oversees company's Benelux operations based out of Amsterdam.

Prior to this, Vishal was co-founder and CEO of BrickRed, where he helped take the company from conception to a staff of over 300 people, before merging with Three Pillar Global in August 2011. Past experiences have included senior technical and management roles in a variety of technology companies -such as Geometric Software, as well as startups such as EBProvider.

Vishal has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
